Welcome to my home page

As a librarian and information professional, I have seen great changes & improvements in the delivery of customer services, with technology and communications as the great enablers. While my career started in public libraries, most has been as an academic business librarian and Internet consultant.

Creative CloudAs a technologist: I enjoy being an early adopter and exploring, promoting, and training appropriate uses of technology as a tool.

In my spare time, I develop websites for several nonprofits.
Genealogy Word CloudAs a genealogist, I am looking to extend my family history search and help others in their journey.

spoonbillFor fun, I enjoy my family & friends, hobbies like knitting, family genealogy, social networking, and warm climates, especially biking and shelling in Sanibel, Florida.
